What we collect

• Account information: email, password (hashed), role(s), country.
• Profile information: business plans, financials, team details, course progress, analyst credentials — whatever a given role's dashboard asks for.
• Verification documents: ID, trade licenses, tax and audit paperwork, accreditation proof, where a role requires them.
• Usage data: pages visited, searches run, standard server logs.

The search tool and third-party AI providers

When you use the homepage search bar, your question is sent to one or more third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, and/or Anthropic, depending on current settings) to generate an answer. Don't include sensitive personal, financial, or business information in a search query — treat it the same as a public search engine.

How we use your data

To operate your account and dashboard, match Seekers with Investors, process Analyst engagements, run the course and exam system, verify identity and documents where required, and communicate with you about your account.

Who we share it with

Other users only see what a given role's profile is designed to show (e.g., an Investor sees a Seeker's public profile, not their private documents, unless access is granted). We don't sell personal data. We share data with service providers strictly to run the platform — payment processing, email delivery, the AI search providers above, and hosting.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account, subject to records we're legally required to retain (e.g., transaction history). Contact us via the Contact page to make a request.
