Accounts and roles

You must provide accurate information when registering and verify your email before logging in. One person may hold multiple roles (Seeker, Investor, Business Analyst, Learner, Mentor) subject to each role's own eligibility requirements — for example, exam thresholds for Business Analysts and Mentors.

Fees

BusiBridge charges a commission when an Investor or Seeker hires a Business Analyst through the platform's own matching (currently 10%), and a higher commission when hiring an Analyst brought in from outside the platform (currently 20%). All Analyst engagements must be paid through BusiBridge; arranging payment outside the platform to avoid these fees is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Conduct

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, business, financials, or credentials; not to use the platform to solicit or complete deals outside its intended commission structure; and not to attempt to circumvent verification, exam, or conflict-of-interest requirements.
